Rande is the Chief Executive Officer for the Girl Scouts of Nassau County. A third generation Girl Scout, Rande brings decades of experience enhancing the efforts of nonprofit organizations. Early in her career, Bynum was the Director, Program and Adult Development at Girl Scouts of Nassau County (GSNC).
Prior to that she was the Publishing Director of Family and Community Engagement at Scholastic Inc. She was responsible for the development of all resources that support engagement for schools and community organizations and that ensure student achievement. Before her work at Scholastic, Rande was the Senior Director, Outreach and Partnerships at Sesame Workshop. Rande managed all engagement activities for Sesame Workshop's Emmy Award winning, The Electric Company. This included community events, partnerships and the development of literacy materials for both children and educators.
Rande has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families in various settings. She also worked at the Girl Scouts of the USA, where she was responsible for the implementation of The Dove Self-Esteem Fund corporate partnership and the development of the Girl Scout/Dove self-esteem program. She is the co-author of Dove's true you! Sometimes I Feel Ugly and Other Truths About Growing Up workbook for mothers and daughters. Rande received a Master of Social Work with a program planning, administration and research concentration from Stony Brook University. She also holds a B.A. from Binghamton University.

Dr. Jennifer Pierre is the founder and CEO of JenteelNature Health, a boutique health consultancy. As a physician and public health professional, she specializes in women's health, with the goal of improving reproductive health outcomes and reducing health disparities. Dr. Pierre integrates her knowledge of medicine with public health acumen by designing public health and wellness programs, and provides medical advisory for non-profits and corporate entities. She is a Co-Author of Pathways to HerRise, a best-selling anthology for entrepreneurs. In addition, she is a multi-year winner of “10Best” in the Natural Nutmeg Readers’ Choice Awards.
Dr. Pierre is a licensed Naturopathic physician in Arizona and Connecticut. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Dr. Pierre is a native New Yorker and alumna of Cornell University and University at Albany, School of Public Health. Her experience as a public health professional and health equity advocate spans over 15 years, with roles in health research, prenatal health education and mental health counseling. She currently serves as Senior Advisor of the Health and Wellness Ministry at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church, Executive Board Member for the Divine Grace Foundation, Nutrition Security Solutions, Inc., Minds iHealth Solutions, Inc and United Black Mothers of America.

She is a former Campus and Faculty Dean that established enrollment records at three campuses. Her teaching disciplines include business, leadership, marketing, social media and information systems at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She has published and presented on topics related to youth and adult education, social media, and job search.
