Chris Bryan is an entrepreneur and quality engineer, on a mission to transform the brand of customer satisfaction delivered by small businesses. He has developed a customer satisfaction system, designed to move any business owner from a mindset of survival, to an exploration of how meeting your customer needs will transform your business. After completing his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, he began his career with General Electric through their world renown Manufacturing Management Program, where he learned the concepts and principles of quality engineering and obtained his 6 Sigma Greenbelt Certification. Chris is the author of the forthcoming book: “Customer Satisfaction: It’s not just your promise, it’s your business”, a step-by-step guide to developing processes that will guarantee customer satisfaction for restaurants and other small businesses.

After a brief stint in Broadcast Journalism; working for the ABC affiliate in San Francisco, she made a career move to the Financial industry. Spent 3 years at Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds, and from there, spent 4 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. From there, she moved to Charles Schwab, where she has been employed for the last 20 years.
In her spare time, she enjoy traveling (have visited over 25 countries), cooking, shopping, British Mysteries and Comedy, Foreign and Period movies.

Rev Kymberley Clemons-Jones, affectionately known as Rev. KC, is a Connecticut native, a wife, mother, preacher, author, advocate, and coach.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University, Hunter College, and Union Theological Seminary where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master's Degree in Educational Counseling, and a Master of Divinity Degree. Rev. KC is a doctoral student at United Theological Seminary working on her Doctorate in Ministry in Prophetic Activism.
Rev. KC currently serves as Pastor of Valley Stream Presbyterian Church in Valley Stream, New York. She is a loving and nurturing pastor to both her parishioners and to those who have come to work under her leadership in ministry.

We know about communication, teamwork, analytical skills but let’s talk about 6 soft skills that every leader should have. Should companies look for leaders with these skills or can someone with essential hard skills learn these soft skills. I want to know what you think. Let’s talk about it.
